I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the little place on 3rd looks JUST like the Tribeca Grill!

Little known fact about Manhattan - There are only three restaurants on 'third'. The big place, the mid-size place and the little place. Let's face it: there's really not much to see or do in that part of the country which is why we're never shown any of it.
