Awesomeness ahoy! Where do you think the Gov is going? Drag show? Brothel? One of those Japanese eyeball-licking clubs? Smart money says he's going to a boring old bar where he gets his picture taken talking to some floozy (both fully clothed), but I can't WAIT to see what an A3G floozy looks like.

Based on all the backgrounds, he's going to a blues club.
So odd. He's the governor of one of the biggest states, which presumably makes him a controversial and powerful celebrity almost anywhere. Yet, he walks around town unescorted, and apparently unrecognized, and he drives his own car places. I guess his job is not all that time-consuming, either!
You want to see an A3G floozy? What about Lu Ann? (BURNNNNNN!)
What is going on in the 2nd panel? Is he in the midst of an accident, with his dashboard folding in on him? I shouldn't be able to see the back seat and the speedometer at the same time.
Also, speaking to yourself in the third person is creepy. "What does the governor want to do tonight? The governor gets what the governor wants!"
I live in Wisconsin, which is admittedly small potatoes compared to New York State, but even out here in the hinterlands the governor is driven everywhere by a state trooper and has a small entourage of aides with him when he ventures out in public. The notion that the governor of New York drives his M.C. Eschermobile between Albany and Manhattan without an escort illustrates how hopelessly out of touch those responsible for this travesty of a once-great continuity strip truly are.
I have a feeling that this storyline is going to turn into a drunk driving PSA.
The only time I saw Gov. Andrew Cuomo was at the Union Square Greenmarket, accompanied by quite the entourage; he was, however, like Governor Pete, quite the flirt.
See, if there were justice in the world, he'd be going to see his secret gay lover. But I don't think there are gay people in the A3G universe. Because if there were, Tommy would have come out long ago.
Can't stop laughing at the tiny Governor in the big blue seat!
Thanks Frank!!
