What is up with the spiky telephone division line?? He's gotten way out of hand. I think something must've surprised Frank Bolle when he was halfway through drawing the second panel--probably some unexpected twist on Antiques Roadshow. Then he thought, "Eh... I can make this work. As long as I don't have to draw the rest of Tommie's arm."

Overnighter
What is up with the spiky telephone division line?? He's gotten way out of hand. That 3rd spiky panel is Wally Linski trying to communicate with us during his out of body experience. He is trying to sniff Lu Ann to see if she is wearing the lemoney snicket perfume. He is a creepy little McCreeper. Watch him closely. It's 7 PM, do you know where your kids are? Wally does.
INCIDENTALLY, has anyone in the Philadelphia area noticed that the "Do you know where your children are?" messages on broadcast TV are now sponsered by Sleepy's, the Mattress Professionals? Cause... that seems weird.
