Skyler must have shown some discomfort with Margo's plunging neckline, particularly in comparison to her own modest pink shirt, prompting Margo to excuse herself for a few minutes while she donned a white t-shirt. At least Skyler could watch that blank, old-timey television while she waited.

I think Luann is pulling a fast one on Margo and telling her she's a starlet named Skyler but doing nothing to even change her appearance. Margo's too smart to fall for something this obvious which leads to only one explanation: kinky role playing.
