Not Interested

I'm sorry for being dismissive, presumptuous, and rude before, Jack. Oh, you have a proposition? I don't want to hear it, I'm sure it's terrible, and I hope you die in a fire.

I'm trying to figure out which part of that oddly shaped car is hovering behind Tommie. Or is that just a random hunk of metal and glass?

I usually view this strip on the Washington Post website, and this morning the byline read Frank Bolle and Linda Trusiani. What of Miss Shulock? Typo?

Wow. That might get interesting. A Linda Truiani writes a comic called "Morbius: the Living Vampire".

Maybe A3-G will finally go in an exciting new direction away from fawns in apartments!

@ Fauxprof: I fell into the same trap. As was pointed out to me, Shulock took over writing the strip some time ago. (Years!) For some reason WaPo hasn't updated the writing credit for the strip. You can check out the wikipedia entry for more info.

I can only hope there were a lot more living vampires in the strip back in the Trusiani days. Perhaps Margo frightened them all away?

P.S. Comics Kingdom still lists Shulock as the writer and they're the syndicate which distributes the comics...

Thanks, Friends. I always want to know who's to blame for these storylines. Although vampires, werewolves or zombies would improve A3G.

Okay, this is interesting - Dillie, not Lilly, but nevertheless: http://proof.nationalgeographic.com/2014/04/16/a-deer-named-dillie-love-on-hooves/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Social&utm_content=link_fbp2014416dillie&utm_campaign=Content&sf2609249=1

Darn! I really was hoping we'd get someone other than the resident of a tiny town in western New York State (who has apparently never left rural New York State) writing a comic about women in New York City!

As for Dillie, it took them FIVE years to housetrain her. Tommie only took five days to housetrain Lily (well, actually Lily doesn't poop at all, doesn't need to eat and can open car doors!)

Pretty cool story about Dillie! Maybe that's what inspired Ms. Shulock. Although Lily is unbelievably genial, not pooping or peeing or needing to go outdoors or ever causing any trouble. Maybe she wanted to take Dillie to the next level?
