Red

Ah! Call back on the pigment-based nickname Jim used to use with Tommie! Although he was in the strip all of nine days, he called her "Red" like six times. I guess the takeaway here is folks just can't resist pointing out the color of her hair?

Anywho. Isn't it a little early for Tommie to be throwing Doc Riley the over-the-shoulder come-hither look? ....whilst wearing a turtleneck?

Jack Riley? He kinda reminds me of Tom/Gary/Joe/Alan/Eric/Paul/Rick!

Tommy drives a 1960's era London taxi cab?

@Anonymous,

Have you been tested for color-blindness? Are you reading this strip on a washed-out monitor (hint: look at a color image of a red tulip or rose. Does it look orange?)

@Toots,

Don't forget Jim! Wait! We all have already!

Is anyone else creeped out by this installment? Tommie's fiance is newly dead, she's lost her job(?) and she has a deer in the car, but she's more interested in flirting than anything.

If this was a psychological study on dysfunctional ways of dealing with grief, then o.k., but Shulock just isn't that smart or knowledgeable!

It's not even deliciously creepy. It's just creepy.
