Keep Smilin', Keep Shinin'...
Honestly, I really didn't think they were friends. This is probably the first nice thing Margo has done for Tommie, and it involved violence to the point that her embrella exploded.
And Margo is

trying to make you smile! Taser Lady was clutch.
