As They Walk...

Ghost people and ghost buildings haunt the backgrounds of Apartment 3-G."I don't understand. There might be a chance that I can get around telling anybody what happened? Explain."

Ha ha! Oh Margo. Lu Ann's family was way too absorbed with the young steer market to pay her brooding any mind. Lu Ann's dad was just getting around to liking her, never mind noticing her emotions or prying into her past.

You just KNOW Luann never told her simple, unsophisticated, American heartland family, that she was even dating a guy, let alone about his druggy habit and subsequent death at the hands of a buyer.

Do they even know she's been living in NYC for the last thirty years or so?

Random observation: we haven't had much head bobbling lately. Does that mean we're in store for something crazy that will cause a rash of head bobbling? Or was Eric's death so stressful that one more head bobble and Margo's head will bobble right off...

I like how in the last panel, LuAnn looks like she's gone comatose. Does that mean we're going to have a reflection bubble today with what really happened and why she couldn't tell her family. Or is LuAnn going to be so upset now that they have to walk around the block again to get themselves together.

Phoebes: I think her family assumed she just wandered off somewhere and that she'd probably be back in time for dinner. 15 years later... "There you are, Lu Ann. Shouldn't you be starting dinner by now?"

Also, McClure, no one really has much to bobble about at the moment... and Margo already suffered the mother of all head bobbles when Tim and Nora reunited instead of her and Eric. Bobbie could be a bobbler if she keeps hitting the pills...
