Or maybe it's supposed to be that Zoey is much older than Gov. Creepy Trog.
Or maybe it's that she's not blonde. Or maybe it will be explained by Margaret "Tell not Show" Shulock in some future panel.

Zsa Zsa: As far as I can tell, there's no legal reason why they can't marry; Zoey just refused him for some reason. It's a little unclear why, but it's probably because in the world of A3G, like in pre-suffrage America, married women are basically their husband's property. Zoey don't play that!
