Something Special

Phew! Thank god this whole mismatched hair color thing has been sorted out. When Margo was praying to Saint Bosc, Our Lady of Pomes, she must've been asking for a man for Tommie with suitable hair, so that he wouldn't have to go down in a fiery blaze immediately.

Unfortunately, Professor Chaperone is creeping around the barn to break things up. I hope he brought a change of clothes for Tommie.

Has Frank never seen human conversation before? People don't generally doeseie-doe while conversing! (It must be in memory of Lily, who is surely dead by now.)

I guess you could call Tommie "special". Her posture and 'seat' on that horse are terrible. She needs to straighten up and stop leaning or she's going to fall off!

P.S. I just noticed the Lily tab icon. Nice touch, ladies!

@Ken, thanks for pointing that out, I overlooked it. Love it!

Also, what does riding a horse have to do with saving Lily? Where is Lily? As Ken pointed out, she's surely dead by now. And just how is she "special"? She spent like 2 days berating Jack and being moronic!.. Oh wait, he means that kind of special. Ouch.

Plot twist- Lily has actually grown to an enormous size, due to cheap hotel food & country living, and Tommie is actually riding HER, not a horse!

OMG, feet! At the end of disproportionately small legs.

Is Tommie rinsing out that pink turtleneck in the horse trough every night? I hope not, it would be very bad for the horses.

I cant' believe we can see Tommie Thompson's LEGS!!! Be still my heart. I am aghast! What will the neighbors think? --- Enough! Please just pass me the smelling salts.

"Are you talking about that Tommie? The one over there? There has to be another Tommie just behind her who is probably the special one you're talking about... right?"

@Ken -- I noticed it but had no idea what it was! I think that was probably my first reaction to seeing it in the strip. "Bleat, bleat" didn't help.
