Good Graces

Long ago, Margo cast a dark spell on her roommates so when they try her patented "point and yell" method of communication, their thumbs twist off. After years of goading them, one of them has dared point a finger at her. Finally, Margo thought to herself. It was all worth it. The slow knife.

Was that a Dark Knight Rises reference? That'd be quite a crossover. I'd advise Bane and his men to keep their hands off Margo's furs.

Where do I start?

Tommie's spoon doesn't line up with the cup. Tommie's fingers are oddly protruding from behind the cup. How is she holding the cup? Margo's cup is floating or resting on the comic panel frame. Is Frank pulling a "Pearls Before Swine" where they know they're in a comic and interact with the frame? Tommie's lips in panel two look odd. So many things wrong.

Margo has no friends, only interests.

I have to admit that I'm pleased that for once neither of the two characters depicted are wearing white button down shirts--and there's not a collar in sight. Perhaps that makeover from a few years ago wasn't all in vain.
