Agitated and Confused
I'm going to ignore today's strip because I don't know what's going on. (Why is Greg so freaked out by that question? Is it a weird for her to ask? Am I the weird one??) Instead, I'll just say: even though I love Margo best of all, it is a little galling that she's going to take credit for being the world's best publicist after Greg is in the papers for saving a woman and an old man from a burning building. She's going to bed in a hospital bed and say something weakly yet wryly, like "I told you I'm the best publicist...!" and fall asleep. I don't really know why Evan was suddenly mad/ruthless enough to try to burn Margo alive, but after this, I bet he'll be mad enough to want to vaporize her molecules.

I was confused by Tommie's question to Greg, also. Either she's attempting the ol' "did it hurt when you fell from heaven" line or she has made the assumption he is a patient.
I'm going for the former because she doesn't have a handful of triage tickets in her hand... well, not that we can see, anyway.
I think Tommie is entering "nurse whisperer" mode, as she can tell just from looking at Greg that he's hurt somehow. (And not just emotionally scarred from his love for Margo!)
Also sad that he's desperate to find Margo when it's clear Aristotle was suffering from a heart attack. "Oh that guy? He'll be fine. Always is. Now, where's that sassy lady?"
Greg: What do you know about gold parkas, Moneypenny?
Tommie: Oh, the only gold I know about is the kind you wear... you know, on the third finger of your left hand?
Greg: Well, one of these days we really must look into that.
Tommie: How about tonight? You'll come over for dinner and I'll cook you a wonderful angel cake.
Greg: Well, nothing would give me greater pleasure, but I'm afraid I have a... business appointment.
Tommie: [laughing] That's the flimsiest excuse you've ever given me. Oh, well, some girls have all the luck. Who is she, James?
Margo: "She" is me, Miss Moneypenny. And kindly omit the customary byplay with 007. He's dining with me and I don't want him to be late.
Look at panel 2. Do these characters ever look at each other during conversation?
Inkwell: Tommie's serving up some major "talk to the ear."
Feb 7 - Isn't Greg supposed to be a world famous actor? The new James Bond, and all? Why doesn't anybody recognise him?
@phoebes in santa fe,
Nobody recognizes Greg because Margo is his publicist!!
Any other questions?
