Oh my goodness, what a delightful turn of events! The nonchalant douchebaggery, the cold indifference... This nurse obviously swapped souls with Margo! That would certainly explain why "Margo" has been a gooey sap for the past few weeks. I'm guessing there has been a lot of malpractice claims since nurse Margo joined up.
What purpose would that serve? All your friends are seriously injured and here in this very hospital.
