This Beautiful Hospital

Gosh, Doc, I've been burned by the VA before, I'm not sure I can trust any institution to know what's best for me. This is a big decision.... do you mind if I ask my child's volunteer art teacher?

Yep, there are gobs of free high-quality mental hospitals with no waiting lists.

Free mental hospital? IT'S A TRAP, COLE!

Is ''This beautiful hospital in Upstate New York'' anything like the ''big, happy farm'' that old doggies get sent to?

Ok, full disclosure, grew up in upstate NY and used to drink in the parking lot of the mental hospital and listen to the inmates scream...and that's not near as disturbing as where this story arc is going. Is this really how it ends? Unless the "hospital" is near Canada and in the grounds of the upstate NY prison that houses Tori and Lick

Cole moves into the hospital. Luann and Marty go to visit, find out Tori and Lick showed up there having spent their $500 on booze and drugs, then were involuntarily committed.

“Let’s see; free housing? check, unlimited medical care? check, Oh, did I mention that the hospital is made of candy and staffed by magic supermodels?” Luckily, Cole is smart enough to suspect an organ-harvesting front when he runs into one.

I dunno, guys... We have a man who recovers from brain surgery in a day and can squeeze out about an inch of hair overnight on the affected site. What idyllic mental hospital would turn down such a specimen??

Besides, the doc and hospital staff felt so sorry for Cole and Marty that they filled out the application form about 3 years ago... and claimed that Cole was chronically suicidal so he could jump ahead on the waiting list! Good ol' Doc Bennett is that kind of guy!

When was the last time ANYONE asked Luann what she "thinks"? Discuss.
