I Dread It!

Wait, Tommie has to go back to the hospital? As in, we're not at the hospital anymore?? What the heck. I mean, it's not like we've had reliable background details for reference for the past six months, but I SWEAR that is a minty green wheelchair in the first panel. That would be really effed up of Frank to include a wheelchair in the background just when the script reveals that they're no longer in the hospital. Like he's just toying with us at this point. Although I guess they could just be in some ADA-accessible public space, or maybe they just keep a spare wheelchair around to give each other rides down the hallway.

Where they are, what they are saying, and why it's being shown are seldom clear in Apartment 3G, but today sets a new standard for baffling.

Fun with wheelchairs! Lu Ann pushes Margo down the stairs by accident, Margo pushes Lu Ann down the stairs on purpose, and Tommie steps in to take them to the hospital in the apartment across the hall when they get hurt.

It's LuAnn's moving day and that's a minty green handtruck to transport the barrelfulls of jam she's been hoarding in her bedroom.

Also, "Gabby and Martin need to understand what's going on, and the attending physician refuses to talk to, or have anything to do with, them both."

While many people have commented on the deteriorating quality of the artwork and expressed concern for Mr. Bolle's health, the plot lines and dialogue have fizzled into incoherence. Is Ms. Shulock okay? "Martin, you and Gabby need to know how Margo is or isn't responding." What the hell does that mean?
