Her look in panel two tells me, "Even though you paint flowers, I'm willing to give you the job because I don't care about the gallery anymore and it might be amusing to watch you crash and burn. Now please twist in your invisible lightbulbs somewhere else, I'm very busy with these blank sheets of paper I just picked up."
