How Lu Ann Got Her Hair Back

Well at least someone is excited about instantly falling back into a rut. Lu Ann got her hair back, and additionally she's SUPER-PUMPED ABOUT EXTENSIONS! OMG, too cool. I'm not noticing any added length, so I'm a little puzzled about her sudden enthusiasm, but Lu Ann has gotten excited over stranger things (read: South Dakota).

Seriously, I can't work out a scenario in which that hair involves extensions. Readers?

Didn't they cut it short for the show?

I did think it was a bad idea to give her brown hair, but couldn't the stylist have given her blonde extensions and forced a more current hairstyle onto her? And where did she pick up that (gasp!) pink blouse? Mama Kat has spies in the city, LuAnn, and they're paid well to spill their guts.

Robert: Margo and Lu Ann are practically wearing what they were wearing before the makeover (see banner)!! Actually, Tommie was wearing a white shirt like in the banner too... Some makeover. I bet a lot of real-life makeover show participants end up reverting.

Now, that's what I call a makeover. She's (gasp) PARTING HER HAIR ON THE OTHER SIDE!

Now now, give Lu Ann some credit for the stylish V-neck top. I think her "rich brown curls" wre a bit shorter, so she would need extensions to revert to her previous hair length.

This does solve a previous puzzle -- yes, the girls have heard of hair extensions.

Mayyyyyyybe the curly hair was a little shorter, but taking out the curls should've made the hair longer!

Oh well, if Margo and Lu Ann really do have extensions, then I'm looking forward to the "holy crap, I treated my extensions like normal hair and now they're falling out" storyline that should be coming up in the next six months.

Her hair was trimmed about an inch, and the artist honestly believed that extensions were necessary or else everyone would be all "ZOMG CONTINUITY ERROR". Never known anyone to add less than 6 inches with those things, though . . .
