I'm bound by the strictures of midwife-grandfather of the baby confidentiality. Margo's profile in the last panel makes her look like a swarthy Italian immigrant woman at the turn of the century. Those makeovers really were a brief shining moment. Just confirm that Nina's mother died tragically in childbirth already!

They did the big reveal in the last panel of Sunday's recap. Quite suspenseful. Tiptoe around the truth for a while and then hide it in a recap while we're all at brunch.
"If you're talking about how Nina's mom died in childbirth, I heard all about it from Scott." Cue all the wind going out of Tommie's "I have a secret!" sails.
