That's thoughtful of Marty, waking up her dad for therapy, although it will be kind of a bummer if he sees the note she left him about becoming a teenage runaway before she even leaves. Which reminds me, jeez, what a terrible plan. I wonder how close Tori and Lick are to the Canadian border by now.

Dad is dead.
Pops, no!!!
Ken's right. Dad is dead.
Uhh... I didn't even think of that. Wow, you think he's dead? I dunno! How would Marty get written off the strip? Lu Ann would have to adopt her and there's NO WAY this strip can handle another regular character. I mean, we haven't seen Tommie in months!
Dad ran off with Tori. Lick will be by shortly to pick up Marty.
You should always use the back of the hand when testing a doorknob for fire.
Silly Marty.
Lemme show ya something!!
I don't think Cole is dead. He probably fainted or something and needs to go to the hospital, thereby snapping Marty out of her rebellious ways. Then they will move to Canada and hunt down Tori for the rest of their lives.
Don't worry. Cole is just absorbed in building the firebomb which he will place in Margo's... er... Lu Ann's closet because nobody in the building has learned the first thing about security since the last firebombing.
If you are wondering about Cole's motivations -- he thinks Lu Ann stole his $500 of course!
Cole is dead, Marty will frantically call Lu Ann, Lu Ann will rush to her side, standing up the Governor- who will escort Zoey to the ball, instead. All will be forgiven, when Lu Ann explains what happened, and Gov. Trog & Zoey confess they are in love and will be getting married.
Zoey & the Gov will adopt little orphan Marty, Lu Ann will have yet another grave to visit at the Veteran's Cemetery, and everything will be wrapped up just in time for the Professor's New Year's Eve party.
