All of those scenarios are just so delicious!! Perhaps it's more like the 'Demon Seed', born from a union with some type of conscious computer. All I know is, Nina better be sacrificing that baby to some Mayan god, or there will be a lot of disappointed readers out here.
Nina should just have the nanny carry the baby and then raise the child as well.
