Publicity

"Oh sure, Rapidly-aging Lu Ann. I've heard of that. It's that thing I should probably know more about than you, given that I'm a publicist." I wonder if Margo just balked at the idea of "for the best price" and refused to be associated with anything so cheap-sounding? I don't know, I've got nothing to explain how disinterested she seems at anything PR-related, since she's ostensibly in PR and has a business that could probably use promotion as well. Does Margo even have any clients she's not in a relationship with?

(Seriously, what is happening to Lu Ann in the second panel? I can't stop looking at it.)

Based on the rapidly-changing background, I'd guess that the two of them are caught in a whirlwind, and Lu Ann is grimacing as the gusts tear at her face.

@D.B. Echo,

LOL! I can understand how their hair is glued in place, as with any good 1960's 'career women', but how do you explain how the blue man's hat in P2 is staying on, then?

Lu Ann is exhibiting a new variation on the classic A3-G head bobble. It's the head centrifuge. It's disturbing, yet you can't look away.
