Whuh oh! Looks like someone went over their Paid Time Off allotment by 843 hours. Also there's a rumor that someone killed off another imaginary boyfriend during their 843 hours of PTO.

"Someone calling himself 'The Professor' called and said you got engaged, had sex and then just yesterday found out your fiancee died! What the heck are you doing at work? Also, we thought you had quit months ago!"
True story at the hospital where I work. One day at the staff meeting, the admins were discussing SAD time - Staff Adjustment Days; these are more or less sending staff home without pay for low patient census (i.e. not enough work).
My coworker raised her hand and asked, "I'm confused. Are "sad" days for bereavement?"
RobC: Sounds like Tommie just might be getting her SAD day! It would be kind of hilarious after all this time if Nurse Dawkins was like "Tommie, you look like you could use a day off."
So, Jim was an important enough person in New York City to have a prominent obituary?!?!?!? I don't think so!
In a small town, sure, the death of the fiance of one of the town's citizens gets some notice. Not in NYC. Shulock really needs to at least visit NYC to understand that small town life has nothing to do with big city life!

How else is she supposed to fund another 8 month trip to Italy?

I think Tommie needs a SAD day.

"Tommie, you look like you're turning into an elf and that will freak out the patients. Take a SAD day!"

Tommie's awful March continues as she is laid off, when she gets home Lily will have come down with Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease.
So, where exactly was Tommie supposed to sit down? On the floor in the middle of the hallway?
