Well! All I have to say is that if this strip devolves into petty catfights, I... well, I probably won't mind. At least for the first couple monthes. Notice that Lu Ann hasn't changed, but Margo has slipped into her pink turtleneck, from the "Margo: At Home" collection, I think.

Maggie, you don't mind petty catfights because you're still a sweet young thing, bless your heart. I'm older and tired, and I've already driven one carpool of high-school girls today. I am not going to tolerate cattiness from these two! Tommie, tell them no after-work snack until they talk this out like two reasonable human beings and stop sniping, for heaven's sake. Somebody has to be the adult here! Clearly Tommie is forced to rise to the occasion before her makeover.
