Cute When It Isn't Annoying

Okay, just me, or is Tommie starting to look more and more like a transvestite bum? If it's just me I'll shut up about it.

Okay, prediction time: Nina overworks herself into exhaustion and has the baby early. Tommie delivers it, even though she took Midwifing 101 like five years ago when she was trying to cultivate a personality. I just wonder how much of the delivery we're going to get to see. This could take a turn for the graphic.

How much are we going to see? Oh, I'd guess about as much as we saw of art without rules! We never get to see anything that might be difficult to draw.

It is not just you. I thought she looked very bloated in the first panel. It's odd because everybody looks good in scrubs. Her uniform color is a horrible choice.

I hope Frank at least draws a baby once. Perhaps he'll just have them talk about the baby in the crib below shoulder height.

Tommie seems to be speaking Worthian. I mean, who would say "I almost referred to your baby's gender?" Mary Worth, that's who.

@Anonymous, A nurse might say "gender" if that's the word that's bothering you. @Ken, I don't see the transvestite at all.
@Gerard, maybe a swaddled form about the size of a baby.

You forgot the part where we / Nina learns the valuable lesson that you can't have a baby and not fall head over heels in love with it.

Anonymous: totally agree. And whoa, Nina's pretty hardcore about not caring about this baby! I think she's overdoing it.

Tommie looks kind of like some character from one of the Star Trek series. I think Voyager.

Problem is, after the makeover Tommie went back to her old ways of cutting her hair herself with nail scissors. She just couldn't maintain any degree of glamour.
