Margo's been wondering around the streets for a month muttering to herself and she has just now realized that she has no idea what's going on? Welcome to how we've been feeling this whole storyline
Ms. Magee. Seems like the perfect time for the brown-coated stranger to pop out, use Margo's Christian name and then disappear.

"Who do I fire to make this stop!?"
The last time Margo didn't recognize where she was, she was standing right in front of Diner, a place she knows well. I really hope this erratic behavior is caused by Diane putting a spell on her and not insanity or alzheimer's or "I'm trying to make people stop reading this strip so I can finally retire, dammit." Because we're not going to stop, no matter how confusing and convoluted it gets. Just hire a hungry intern already!
Sorry. Wrong brown coated stranger.
Any NYer would say, "This is not my block," but Margo isn't any NYer.
