Okay, looks like we're all really and truly over the whole Bobbie thing. As several commenters have suggested, I think this is the resurfacing of the very promising I Dressed in the Dark story arc. I know we were all hoping Ruby would be chosen, but Tommie aced her audition with dramatic gestures and Emmy tears.So, assuming they're setting Tommie up for a What Not to Wear-style ambush, here's my prediction for her makeover: extensions. That's right, tracts! Ooh hoo hoo! This is going to turn the world of A3G on its ear!

Ok, I'm getting the vibe that we're not going to hear what the secret is for some time now, since according to the yellow box, Ruby already told all... but I'm hoping your right, Mags, we need some I Dressed in the Dark fun. And what's with her gigantic man hand?
On it's ear is right? A3G with good hair? I might not be sure what strip I was reading.
Ruby's disembodied hand defies gravity and floats uncertainly between the Porfessor and Ruby. What does it mean?

@mrvy: Nope! Even Bobbie gets a turn! What hilarity will ensue when a reality show visits an insane asylum? And who could forget when bobbie tried to hold the crew up with a hairdresser? Fortunatley for everyone, she was distraced by a passing cloud she spotted through the window.

Re 4/28: See, Ruby says "if EVERYONE doesn't get on board, it'll be a disaster." It's going to be Makeover-palooza! Maybe IDITD will get Ari to settle on a permanent hair shade instead of dipping into the Grecian Formula for Sundays.
Maybe this is a plot device to introduce we the faithful readers to a new illustrator?
Oh, I don't know, TJ, Bobbie probably has the upper body strength to hold up a hairdresser. Ratings gold for IDITD!
