That's a Wrap!

Well, that ties up that storyline. Psychic makes a prediction, the first red herring is introduced in the form of a blonde, bland piano mover from Hoboken. Not content with a single herring, the tight knit Linski clan/cult appear hinting at Lu Ann's true need, the love of a family. Meanwhile, we've wasted a good five months fishing for herring. Then out of left field comes Ruby as Lu Ann's birth mother and the prophesy is fulfilled! Even Margo is a believer. I hope Psychic Laura uses this as a testimonial on her brochure.

I can't even begin to interpret Margo's hand gesture.

Is that the unprecedented hand bobble? We're all familiar with the head bobble and I seem to recall a body bobble or at least my interpretation of a full body bobble.

It could be Margo practicing her princess wave. I assume at some point she'll almost marry a prince and have to make public appearances that require that type of wave.

Will we even see anything in South Dakota or just get a recap in NYC?

I'm conflicted about South Dakota, as enjoyable as I that could be, we have basically been in a Lu Ann storyline, other than the awful Queen Bee thing, since Tommie's mother left. (Wasn't that exciting?). I want to get back to Margo and Trey, but I'll gladly take SoDak over Tommie's singing career.

We can't see Margo's feet but I'd bet dollars to donuts that she is swing dancing. Jitterbug or Lindy Hop.

Sunday's strip with Margo and Tommie waving goodbye using hankies is priceless. Are Ruby and Lu Ann taking the Pacific Princess? Where's the confetti? I'll meet you on the Lido deck.

Herrings galore! Captain Stubing: that IS priceless, I have to post it! For posterity, you know.
